Hello,

I've just installed ROG Armoury for my Gladius mouse, but the screen shows up blank.
Window header is visible, and I can show settings window, but below it's all black.
Minimization, and close buttons also make window dissapear for a moment, but it pops up right back.

My system specs are as follow (dxdiag dump):

I managed to test the Gladius mouse on another computer with the same OS Win7 64bit. ROG Armoury runs fine and shows the configuration panel correctly. The 2 computers are almost the same except the video cards, one is GTX970 and the other AMD7750. I am not sure if that is the cause???

Does this program requires some special applications to be installed first, like Adobe Flash or JAVA or MS .net Framework??? Any clue directly from Asus would be much appreciated.

Hi,

I think it's a software problem, rather than hardware error. GTX970 is already off, and i went back to my GTX670 and it's still the same. All those libraries you have mentioned are installed in the newest available version. I thought it might be a conflict with Razer Synapse driver, but I've already uninstalled it and nothing changes. I'll reinstall my operating system on a new hardware next weekend on a x99 mobo with this 970gpu, and I hope the problem will be gone.. I'll let you know if I find anything earlier.

I just hope it wouldn't come to the final resort...change the video card to AMD's.

Please see the other post about my findings on Razer Synapse and Asus Armoury conflict.

Same problem and i do not have any Razer products installed.

Try install and run ROG Armoury as administrator. Worked for me.

I don't need to install and run Armoury as administrator. If Razer Synapes is never installed in the system, Armoury runs just fine. After Synapse is installed, then we have this weird blank screen symptom. It doesn't matter if Synapse is uninstalled later on. Problem still exists.

Right, now I can configurate my mouse. Yay!
I've uninstalled Synapse, and reinstalled Armoury, and everything works just fine..
Except I don't have a Synapse driver installed... So the problem persits.
I'm curious how long will it take before we get working patch.
Thanks for a clue though.
