Hi,

My less than a month old G751 needs one key replaced but the guy at tech support says they don't have single keys and the whole thing would have to be replaced.

It is the "D" key.

Thanks.

Do you still have the key? I just glued small parts of plastic to where the 'tabs' should be to hold the key down. Happened to my Q key. Can't tell the difference in use.

Otherwise you can use this:

... but it's extremely expensive. ':f

How are the keys held down? Are you able to just pry them up like on a normal keyboard, or would that break them?

I glued it with some flexible plastic cement and it seems to do the trick. Hopefully it stays put. Thanks for the advise.

I also busted one om my keys, glued the key but it was not the same. Cant find the red keys for my model G751JY so, for now, I ended buying a G750 key. Fits perfect.
