Hello back in around April last year i bought this laptop everything was fine until my nvidia drivers asked me to update(i think i had driver nvidia 332.33 not sure though), so i did updated through NVIDIA GeForce Panel, after this i had random BSODs i decided to go back to the old driver and downgrade, after a few months however the game i play received a graphics makeover and i had to update once again my nvidia driver this time getting to version 347.52 after doing this the BSODs were back in no time i have heard that i must download the drivers not from nvidia but from Asus since my laptop is from them, i don't feel so sure about this... anyways here is some information about the crash i hope someone can help me decipher it and then find a fix because this problem has remained unchecked for far too long.

xukadai99, you are in the wrong forum, this is the G751 forum :)

In the G750 forum, do an advanced Search for SINGLE Content Type, DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE for the specific forum, as below, there are lots of posts already.

http://rog.asus.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?157-G750-G550-and-G56-Gaming-Notebooks

Type: Posts; Keyword(s): DRIVER, POWER, STATE, FAILURE; FORUM = G750, G550 and G56 Gaming Notebooks and child forums

xukadai99, this thread was moved to the right G750 forum :)

What I would do is pick your favorite thread from the list provided by the forum search, and post in it - then it will bubble to the top and the forum users will find it again and help you out. No need to start a new thread...I would go with the forum thread that has the most posts on the subject.

The specific errors you are having aren't necessarily helpful, but the fact that you have the G750JM that BSOD's on any driver after 332.60 is... did you regress to the 332.60 driver yet? Watchdog crash coming out of a game/app is the symptom for drivers above 332.60 crashing.

If you are still crashing with a Custom=>Clean install of the 332.60 driver, you might have a hardware problem, or an OS corruption, let us know what happens after downgrading cleanly to the 332.60 driver.

I was having the same problems and looking for a solution since months. Few days ago I've experimented again with drivers and did that:

1. got rid of Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers width Display Driver Uninstaler (in safe mode)

http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

2. downloaded latest Intel GPU drivers for HD 4600 and installed it

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=4th+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2% 84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+4600

3. rebooted
4. downloaded latest Nvidia drivers for GTX 860M and installed it

http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/85819/en-us

4. rebooted and have stable software/hardware with newest NVIDIA and INTEL GPU drivers witch gave me maximum possible performance.

Trust me guys and girls. If anything before didn't work try this. I've joined this forum only for sharing with You my simple solution.
