Hi Phar0h, there is actually a sticky thread for the G751 Realtek driver fix here:

G751 Imbalanced Sound Problem (internal speakers only), FIX IS OUT!
http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?57462-G751-Imbalanced-Sound-Problem-(internal-speakers-only)-FIX-IS-OUT!&p=473884&viewfull=1#post473884

It is kinda long now, so you might want to start at the end and work your way back :)

The first driver version that came out as a fix was .7427, and now we are up to .7459. The way it works is all the driver versions after the driver with a fix for your hardware will be fine to use - unless there is a specific problem introduced - that is why you want to watch that sticky thread for feedback on new driver versions before installing.

So far it looks like .7459 is good :)
