5K displays ?

Greetings!

I was just wondering if we might expect 5K displays from ASUS any time soon ? I am not convinced by Dell's 5K display (http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&cs=04&l=en&sku=UP275K3) and I'd love some gaming-oriented feature like G-Sync...

I know I am asking for much but you never know what might happen right? :)

The holy grail:
- IPS for better viewing angles
- 5K for a true 200% scaling on Windows (which would result in a 2560x1440 workspace, perfect for big displays)
- DisplayPort 1.3 (and not 2x DP 1.2 like the Dell display)
- G-Sync for a smoother gaming experience
- Low latency - 5ms max
- Possibly some USB 3.0 ports

Next year maybe, with NVIDIA Volta GPUs which should support DP 1.3 ? What do you other guys think ?

I think the Dell 5k monitor would be nice but the 27" size is a little small for gaming at least for me. I bet it would look good with all those pixels packed into a 27" screen and you will need one power house of a pc to run games at 60FPS.

I'm sure asus will make a 5k display but at this time I don't see any on the horizon, let's hope for next year like you say.
