I've had this G60VX for a WHILE. it's performance is legendary. Unfortunately, the gpu just bought the big one. I picked up a new one for a song, but I'm new to this (laptops....PCs are easier), so I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how to pull the heat sinks out so I can get to the gpu.

Ok, I installed a new one, and it ran like a dream. NOW, not only is the nviidia gp reinstalling the 341.44 driver over and over, the laptop has boot problems, won't recognize the gpu...can't tell if it overheated or what. The fan is running, plus I have it on a cooling pad. But the mouse pointer won't budge and gpu-x sees the card, but has zeroed out clocking info and I can't see the temp. Running dxdiag was a bust, did Windows memory diagnosis and it's normal. Just uninstalled the driver and will install thru the site and not the gamer experience app.

What am I missing here?
