Hey guys,
After a lot of research I finished with two possible ways to connect a Desktop class gpu to my ROG laptop.
Please help me decide which way is better so I will order the components and try that thing out. -> Promise to upload photos if succeeded. :D

Option 1:
Components:
EXP GDC Beast Laptop External Independent Video Card Dock Expresscard Version -> http://www.ebay.com/itm/EXP-GDC-Beast-Laptop-External-Independent-Video-Card-Dock-Expresscard-Version-/111677357641?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item1a007d3e49
Sonnet Echo ExpressCard Pro Thunderbolt Adapter & SxS Media Reader -> https://secure1.sonnettech.com/product_info.php?&products_id=483&osCsid=8d94da8c9e8def07a70109ec4782e748

The idea is to place the Desktop GPU on top of the Exp GDC Connector, connect it to a power supply, and Connect the express card to my laptop Thunderbolt port using the Sonnet Adapter.

Option 2:
Components:
EXP GDC Video Card Dock PCI-E Version -> http://www.ebay.com/itm/EXP-GDC-Grafica-Externa-para-Portatil-PCI-E-graphics-card-Mini-PCI-E-EGPU-/261884910693?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_186&hash=item3cf98e9c65
Thunderbolt Mini DisplayPort Display Port DP to HDMI Adapter Cable -> http://www.aliexpress.com/item/High-Quality-Thunderbolt-Mini-DisplayPort-Display-Port-DP-to-HDMI-Adapter-Cable-For-Apple-Mac-Macbook/2051456984.html

The idea is to place the Desktop GPU on top of the Exp GDC Connector, connect it to a power supply, and instead of using an HDMI to Mini-PCIE like in the video below, using a normal HDMI cable and connect it to my Thunderbolt port via the HDMI to Thunderbolt adapter - not even sure if that option should work..

So what do you guys think is the best way? Is the second one should even work? and How big would be the bottleneck with those adapters? (In both options).

I would love to hear your opinion about this and if one of you tried doing something like this before, I would love to hear how it goes.

Thanks in advance guys!

Here's a great solution for using a desk top GPU if you have a Thunderbolt port. (Link below)

People are keep suggesting the SilveStone Enclousre, but besides that one video, it's not available anywhere, as far as i understood, intel just dont want to give them the proper licensing/certification for that thing, and that's why they cant sell it.
There's a petition about it here: https://www.change.org/p/intel-allow-silverstone-and-asus-to-sell-the-asus-xg-station-2-and-allow-villagetronics-to-sell-the-4th-generation-vidock-in-essence-allow-the-sale-of-affordable-egpu-enclosures

Anyway, meanwhile I found another cool Option -> http://forum.techinferno.com/implementation-guides-apple/8571-2014-15-macbook-pro-iris-gtx970%4016gbps-tb2-akitio-thunder2-win8-1-%5Bdschijn%5D.html

Maybe will try that one instead..

Do keep us informed on your progress, I want to know if you managed it because i'm not sure but i think that the optimus technology won't let you do it.
