Which card is better?

did you not read? Like it says "Compared to the previous and technically very similar GTX 850M, the GTX 950M is clocked slightly higher."

They are the same chip, 100% alike. The only difference is that the 950m will be clocked slightly higher on average. So, go for the 950m if at all possible though there is not a significant difference. Always make sure its the GDDR5 version.

the gddr5 version is not availabe in my country. i only have the gddr3 version thanks though

The 950M is a slightly better choice if you're comparing apples to apples. Since the GDDR5 version is not available to you, it's really a toss up (not much difference).

If u are willing to play Games that use TXAA (more like watchdogs...) then u may find it handy ! i prefer getting GDDR5 if i were u !

Again, both are the exact same chip. They both support TXAA.
