Recently i bought a asus g551jx and i was playing assasin creed 1 at max setting .
the max cpu temp was 80 deg according to realtemp.
is this normal ?

That's pretty standard from my experience with a 551JW. You might want to download notebook fan control and max out the fan speed when you are playing games. It has helped me keep the temperatures a bit lower.

Then what is the maximum temperature for which i should worry ,during games and all ?

I advise you to lower the voltage by 50-80mV and decrease the multipliers by 2. You won't lose performance but will gain a lot lower temperatures (10-20C).

80 C is fine. The chip will begin to throttle (reduce its performance) once it gets too far over 90 C, and the laptop will power down at a little over 100 C.

Your current temperature is common and well within safe range.

Assasin creed 1 and 80 degree temp ,isnt this uncommon ?
