Loading bar before windows boot

Hey, does anybody know how to disable the loading bar after (it takes around 2-4 sec) before windows loads? I can make a video so you can see. Thanks in advance.
I think it is a bios settings or something like this.

Loading bar? You mean the swirly dots in the centre of the screen?
