I am using Asus Eeebook X205TA which has got Windows 8.1 Bing Single Language preinstalled. The Eeebook comes with EMMC instead of a Harddisk. After getting the upgrade notification, I accepted it, and the system restarted, but didn't boot again. It shows up an error 0xc0000225. It gives the message as " The operating system couldn't be loaded because the HAL is missing or contains errors.
File:\\ Windows\system32\halmacpi.dll". I couldn't find the recovery drive even. In the BIOS settings, I don't have any boot options other than "Windows Boot Manager", I have disable the Secure boot Control, but I don't have the option "Launch CSM" in the Boot menu even. Now do I boot into the OS, I have got no options in the BIOS settings. Please help me resolve this issue.
