Hello community!

First off, I want to say sorry and that I feel guilty for this being my first post. I've had an Asus account for a long time and have used the forum to solve issues in the past.

I've recently been having issues with Windows Update. Earlier a Windows rep remotely connected to my Asus and started playing around in the Registry and disabled lots of things on the boot-up.

Currently, I do have the latest version of ATK and the backlight does light up on boot. However, once fully loaded the Fn keys don't work (I always have my trackpad disabled), and now it is enabled, and I can't turn it off. Also, the Fn + volume keys don't work (probably the biggest nuisance at the moment)

I'm sure there is a really quick fix for this by just re-enabling by ticking a few boxes in some really obscure menu somewhere.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can guide me to the submenus or come up with some solutions!
I will continue to play around and search for an answer as well.

Uninstall the ATK and Keyboard filter drivers and then reinstall them.

Thanks so much for the link! Lost many keyboard features after upgrading to Win. 10. This fixed them instantly.
