Try to update your graphics driver.

Perform a clean install (check the box in custom installation)

Here's a link for the driver

Let us know if it helps

First of all i would like to thank you for the quick response. I did do a fresh install of my gpu driver, i ran the same benchmark test from Valley benchmark and i produced near the same results from last time. When i do play league of legends i get perfectly fine fps i can get over 100.. but when alot of things happen such as in team fights my fps drops and i get stutters.. im hoping i dont need to overclock my gpu to be able to play league at its full potential. My VBios version is 70.26.29.00.0b if that helps anything and my bios vendor is from g74sx 201

Also check your temperatures, and report back here. You can use hwinfo64 to monitor and log your temps.
