I'm having an ASUS G751JY laptop.
Yesterday I installed Windows 10 (hated 8.1) and then did a clean factory reset.
The thing now is, that all Asus programs / components are gone??.. .
Will this cause any problems, if so how do I fix this?

You can download the programs again from asus website and reinstall them manually, if you want them. No, it won't cause any problems, just some buttons may not work.

Yes you should at least install the ATK package that makes all the Fn keys and other things work. Asus Support Downloads (http://support.asus.com/download/options.aspx?SLanguage=en&type=1) I think since you just did a clean install that you would be well off to install the Chipset drivers, IME and IRST. they rest is pretty much as needed. If you find something is not working correctly or very well you might want to install the Asus tested and approved driver for that item.
