I have e a 751JT laptop. I love it, but why does Backtracker not have a tab for backing up device drivers. All it has is a tab for
factory image and system recovery, and yet the website shows three tabs.

That's because it is a copy of the factory Image. Exactly as you received the notebook.
If you want back ups and better yet Images you'll need Imaging software Macrium Reflect (http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.aspx)is a good one.

Thanks for the help. I only asked because on the Asus website they showed Backtracker having the factory image, Driver backup, and System restore in the program.

That's correct, factory image all Asus drivers installed. Most of the drivers are already obsolete the ones that aren't will be in 6 months.
All updated drivers are here at Asus Support Downloads
t (http://support.asus.com/download/options.aspx?SLanguage=en&type=1) I don't remember any drivers back up separate from the Factory Image which is pretty much how it shipped.
