Why did you not install to your M.2 SSD? The M.2 SSD is way faster for your OS than the SATA 2.5" hard drive slot?

Sorry I'm kinda newbie to the more complicated tech stuff.. I believe my system comes with a msata with a 125GB. how do I do that? what are the things I need to change in the bios to do that? thanks in advance

You shouldn't have had to do anything, you notebook came with the OS on the 128 GB M.2 AHCI SSD you have a 2nd M.2 slot and 1 SATA 2.5" slot.
So if you clean install do it to the 128 GB SSD.

For future reference Asus Support Downloads (http://support.asus.com/download/options.aspx?SLanguage=en&type=1)all you current drivers and Owners Manual, In the manual under upgrades you'll see exactly what you can upgrade and what the requirements for those upgrades are.
