I previously wrote couple topics about my problems:
https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?80071-Awfull-expirience-with-ROG-G751-How-are-buyers-protected-really

My laptop had speakers, speaker extend cable and hingy replaced in first 10 days, I couldn't get my laptop replaced due that it hasnt been done in first 7 days...

Now after couple of months, I had to pay for 2 parts because of some screws unscrewing all by them selve (says the official service guy) those are some plastics.

Now while the laptop was in the service they notified me that after the ordered parts were received and implemented they noticed a defect on a motherboard (what kind of defect is visible on a motherboard if its not a physical?).

SO after 5 months of use the laptop has been in the official assus service shop for 2-3 months and the rest with me. Until now they had replaced its:
-Speakers
-Speakers extend cable
-some hingy above the speakers

-lcd
-lcd basel
-back cover
-motherboard

(all this was replaced under warranty so I didn't have to pay for these parts, but I had to pay some plastics that cracked because of some loose screws... ~ 100 euros)

Does anyone know how can I return this laptop and get a new one or refund my money? Are there any laws under which they are obligated to help me out?

laws depends on your country. Not talking about ASUS policies, those are the same, i mean the legal instruments your country gives to the citizens in orded to enforce your rights in the commerce (and e-commerce) field. In my case i had a faulty G751 (probably something about gpu) and i sent in with warrancy to get a useless motherboard change, which fixed nothing of my problem (basically driver crash after few min in any game). As i sent for the third time i noticed them (both via phone and mails) that in case of third unsuccesful intervention i'd use the legal instruments i mentioned above, i.e.,in my specific case, breaking of the contract for "excessive disadvantages i've been through, which means: money refund or new laptop (but that's manufacturer choice). I cited the law entitling me to do that, but as i said it was my country law. The day after i got an email where they declared my laptop impossible to be repaired and offered a new one in exchange. If it happens you are from Italy i can help you out, otherwise you need to do some legal research related to customer faculties in case of manufacturer misconduct and faulty goods. good luck!

I see, thanks for replying. I will look into it, Im from Serbia, laws for customers protection here do exsist but are poorly executed. BUt I will defently read trough their contracts.
