I see you have the gskill 4 stick setup in a JL. how do i set the ram timing to get 2133. Currently clocked at 1600 and bios dont have a option to set ram timing.

Kinda answered a question I had.

Where is the other 2 slots hiding in the 751JL?

probably on the other side of the motherboard, you have to take off the keyboard area (at least the other models have it like that)

The other 2 slots are supposed to be on the board directly opposite the accessible ones.
My motherboard was in fact defective with only 2 physical sockets
. Asus refused to acknowledge this defect and would not accept a return for service.
Lucky i paid for the best buy geek squad warrante. They took the battle to asus. Replaced my board and installed the ram.
All without voiding my warrantee. Yes there are supposed to be 4 slots in a JL. If not its a bad motherboard. And yes it supports 2133mhz 4 sticks
of 8gb.
