I decided to go for win10 in next few days, currently i am using win8.1

I just checked the asus support page about drivers for win10 and i notice that

the database for g750JS is pretty short. I mean i found no drivers there.

Just some bios updates (i already have the last one) and utilities.

What does this mean?

The win8 drivers work for win10 or win10 install all needed drivers by itself?

If yes does really win10 know what driver my g750js needs? I don't want to end with BSOD

just for ****ty MEI, LAN or WiFi driver.

Can you give me and advice what should i do? Maybe best way is to stick little longer

with win8.1 and wait for real drivers for win10?

Hi

I've tried upgrading my g750js to windows 10. I would recommend a fresh install after the upgrade. Almost everything works fine for me. Windows 10 automatically updates most of the drivers. To get MAXX audio, you will need to install the audio driver from ASUS's download page (the windows 8.1 driver). Windows 10 updates the audio driver automatically after this, leaving you with the latest driver along with the MAXX audio installed by the older 8.1 driver. The only problem I have faced is with the integrated graphics driver for HD4600. See my thread there - https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?83431-Mouse-Lag-Stutter-G750JS-under-Windows-10-x64-(with-intel-HD4600-drivers) . I have not tried the suggested solution yet.

I had 8.1 64 and after the notification from Microsoft, I installed the 10 64. After few months already, I can say I have absolutely no problem with OS, drivers or whatever. I suggest you to get 10 and you'll not regret.
