G751JT no custom buttons or backlight for keyboard after windows 10 update

Have just updated to windows 10 and done a wipe of the computer as it was a floor stock model and I don't have any back light on the keyboard and the steam and other buttons at the top don't do anything.

Any help or ideas would be great.

in Utilities Title, Description ASUS ROG MacroKey (It is a macro, key re-mapper, and automation utility designed to work specifically with gaming notebook) and can you check Caps Lock light is it working ?

Installing ATK Package driver will probably fix your issue, give it a try

@onesuperrob, @nemerdekel is correct, it looks like your missing ATK driver.

Please report back how you manage to solve it in the end.
