What Thermal paste are you using for more efficient heat spreader?

Arctic Silver 5? Gelid GC? or cool lab Metal type ( dangerous for laptop) .

Hey ROG_HARDCORE,

I use Kryonaut and as far as I'm aware, "Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut" is the #1 on the market at present, for a non-conductive paste safe for all metals. "Gelid Solutions GC-Extreme" was the #1 until Kryonaut was released to market and reviewed.

Here's a good read... http://overclocking.guide/thermal-paste-roundup-2015-47-products-tested-with-air-cooling-and-liquid-nitrogen-ln2/

All my laptops are using stock, haven't had any reason to change it. They all run just fine with no temp issues, even my older dog, G74SX. If and when the time comes I intend using what I've always used since its introduction on my desktops CPUS and GPUS. Arctic Silver 5.

Used AS5 11 years ago on a CPU of my desktop and the temps are still good. No overheating problems after 11 years.

Noctua - improvement in temps has blown my mind. I expected 5 to 6 degrees drop from 92 - 93 degrees for CPU when playing witcher 3 or csgo. But it's actually been quiet good like max temps now are 75 for CPU after 6 hours of witcher 3 gameplay in ultra with Nvidia hairworks. I currently don't have any other games, but 18 degree drop is quite good. I can't tell for the GPU cos I dont remember the exact max temps for it and it never really reached above 84,now 68.
