I recently upgraded my Windows to 10. After that I had a meltdown an had to get my motherboard replaced with the genuine motherboard and graphics card.

Everything works great except I also had the place install a Blu-Ray player. I had been playing Blu-Rays before using an external drive.

I had Cyberlink 12 and it worked fine. Now I have 16 and when I go to play a Blu-Ray it tells me I need to run the advisor.

When I do it tells me everything is fine except for my Driver. I have updated my driver to the latest one (according to ASUS that is)

It is 20.19.15.4463 It is the Intel HD 4600.

Is there a way I can either change the program to run off the Nvidia card or somehow get it to recognize my new driver?

Thanks

Have you updated the Nvidia drivers and turned off the Intel graphics?

I run Cyberlink and have no issues with bluray but the G752VY has the intel integrated grahics disabled so Nvidia is my only choice.
I understand the intel may be preferred for movie playback as you get better battery life, just a suggestion to see where the problem is. If it works with the Nividia then you can scratch the drive and the disc codecs off the list.

I tried that. The computer graphics got all weirded out and I had to enable the driver again in order for it to work correctly.

I don't know why it isn't recognizing the up to date driver for the Intel HD 4600.

The driver is the problem. Everything else checks out fine but when I try to use an Intel recommended and up to date driver (different number than the 20.x.x.x that I already have it says my computer doesn't have the stats to load it. I am guessing I need one specifically for this computer which I cannot find in the ASUS downloads for windows 10.

try the original Intel 8.1 driver for your G750JM

BD Blu-Ray Advisor still says driver is not compatible. I don't get it. It was the same as before and I could play it. The only thing I did was install an internal drive instead of the external but it checked it and it doesn't find any problem with the drive.
