Hello guys, just update to windows 10 anniversay edition update and i have this error in event log:

The speed of processor 7 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 0 seconds since the last report.
The speed of processor 3 in group 0 is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 0 seconds since the last report.

And so goes on....

pay attention especially to the last message from @MeanMachine.

Bottom line, no worries, as it is because of the speedstep feature of the CPU, made by intel, which makes the CPU more energy efficient.
if you wish to work @100% cpu clocks&threads you need to overclock by SW or bios mod - which isn't recommend if you don't know what you do and how to monitor your cpu for high temp etc.
