Asus RoG Swift PG278Q 24hz problem

Hi,

I just bought the monitor asus RoG Swift PG278Q and I also build a new computer a month ago.

I had an Dell 27in 1440 before and worked with display port at 60hz

The RoG Swift PG278Q will only run at 24hz and can't change to 144hz.

I have tried like 3 cables and also reformat my computer.

The screen will work on another computer or graphic card.

Do you think this could be a bios on graphic card that need to be updated or any other issue that you guys can think

Can you please help us to learn more about your case by letting us know which GPU, the interface you use to connect to this monitor, and the resolution used?
