Hey guys, i have this warning in event viewer.

: The embedded controller (EC) returned data when none was requested. The BIOS might be trying to access the EC without synchronizing with the operating system. This data will be ignored. No further action is necessary; however, you should check with your computer manufacturer for an upgraded BIOS.

Anyone know a fix for it ?
Thanks in advance.

Are you using a program like HWMonitor? CPU-Z? HWiNFO64? Aida64? If so thats completely normal; another good example is R/W Everything_

These programs try to access information on the BIOS and sometimes doesn't always work: anyhow your fine, no issues there_ However ACPI problems are mainly a windows 10 issue: If your on windows 10_

Reinstalling your Intel CPPC and MEI drivers (located in "Others" here (https://www.asus.com/support/Download/3/719/0/3/LYuLg2456gbkV5dw/45/)) usually addresses this event ID error. They definitely appear in the event viewer log when using those applications httuner mentioned though.
