Overclocking CPT in XTU

I have successfully overclocked my GPU Graphics Processing Unit and now I would like to overclock my CPU in XTU.Extreme tuning utility I've no idea where to start :confused:

Thank you the first video really helped, I couldn't follow the second link too well as it kept lagging and downloading pages became a nightmare. I watched the video to the end, now I am backtracking and going to follow the guide on my PC.. wish me luck, and thanx for you help.
