View Full Version : AI suite triple DLL error

All of a sudden my AI suite no longer works? from the few recent topics i found here, it seems to be happing after installing a GTX 10XX. In my case an ASUS GTX 1080 Advanced. I have to agree. The suite worked find before installing the GTX. Now it doesn't. So i uninstalled (that went fine), tried to reinstall and the DLL errors popped up after first reboot. The suite SEEMS to be installed but there is NO desktop icon and the UI is pretty much empty. Trying to pull up any part of the suite reults in the 2nd image DLL error (dip4.dll). The only thing working atm are the 4 modules at the bottom (CPU freq, voltage, temp & fan). The support disk reports version 1.01.xx but actually installs v1.02.87 (cannot be found on support site).

Uninstalling again until further notice

I believe you don't have the latest version of AI Suite 3 that's compatible with your motherboard.

Please download the latest version at the link below:

Let me know if this version still has the same problem, thanks.

I have the same issue with Version 1.01.45

My setup is:

Windows 10 64bit home
ROG x99 strix motherboard
zotac 1070 gtx
16gb RAM (2666MHZ)

This AI suite is now 2 months old and there seems to be a lot of people with issues, when can we expect a new build to fix this please?

@Bahz you believe wrong. The latest version i could find on the site is 1.01.xx which is OLDER than the disc that my support disc came with 1.02.xx (which i clearly stated). I also said it worked perfectly fine until that GTX (an ASUS one to boot) got installed). Stopped working immediately after that, and i'm not the only one on the forums
