Anyone made a G73 work with the Netgear Push2TV (PTV1000) – TV Adapter for Intel® Wireless Display? Want to make sure it works before buying the laptop. Thanks!

I take that back. G73s don't have a compatible processor with integrated graphics so even with a compatible wireless adapter it's not going to work.

This will not work because the G73 Has an Atheros brand wireless card, the Netgear Push2TV (PTV1000) only shows support for Intel brand Wireless cards.
You must upgrade your internal Atheros card to a supported Intel® Wireless Display powered Wireless Card

are you talking about widi? g73 does not support widi. and widi sucks... youre better off getting wicast from asus.

I agree, WiDi quality is not very good.

the ASUS WiCAST supports uncompressed 1080P content

Anyone got experience and their hands on gigabyte skyvision ws100?
It is a bit cheaper than asus wicast and the review seemed positive, even in gaming aspect.
