I'm following the Kaby lake overclocking guide https://rog.asus.com/articles/guides/the-kaby-lake-overclocking-guide/ and when I start my overclocking adventure by setting adaptive voltage to 1.30, CPU multiplier to 49, AI overclock tuner to manual, etc and boot into windows CPU-Z shows my CPU running at 4400mhz max, no matter what I do. Am I missing something?

Have you loaded it up with a bench software to see if the clock speed goes up?

Beta version 3101 was what I put on when I first got the board.

Yep I have tried Prime95 ver 26.6, aida 64, and realbench. THe result is always the same, max speed is 4400mhz.

Just a follow up to let you all know BIOS 3201 fixed the overclock problem, but adaptive voltage still does not work. At least now I can play around and see what my CPU can do :D
