Try this: Go to "Control Panel - Uninstall a program" and right click on the ATK Package and choose "Repair" from the popup menu. Then try the Fn-F4 key combination. Does this resolve your issue?

If not, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\ATK Package\ATK Hotkey and double-click HControl.exe to execute it.

Sorry to hear that. I do see a "G73 Series Keyboard / Trackpad Fix" in the OP of http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?1150-G73-74-53-Series-Driver-and-Application-Reference, but the link is dead. However, as I understand it, Chastity is prepared to return soon and provide updated support links. In fact, if you go over to NBR (http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus-gaming-notebook-forum/) right now, you can send a PM and Chastity will open a case.
