On my Formula IX I installed G.skill Trident Z RGB (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR). Unfortunately, the memory is not recognized by Asus AURA or the G.skill tool.

The tool aborts the boot process with the message "No Trident Z RGB modules installed". I have already tried all DIMM slots. Asus AURA recognizes only the LEDs of the mainboard and the installed LED strip. Unfortunately, the "Independent" tab does also not work, nothing happens if options are changed here. According to G.Skill, the problem is not with G.Skill or the modules, but with the mainboard.

Mainboard: Formula IX
Bios: 0906

Can someone help me?

hi Proph Welcome to the ROG forum.

According to G.SKILL QVL MAXIMUS IX FORMULA is supported

It seems like weird , any photos screenshot about
No Trident Z RGB modules installed?
Try only install single at slot testing or try reinstall AURA software/OS

others example , How to control G.Skill Trident Z RGB with Asus Aura

if still cannot work, advice to contact G.SKLL for RMA

Try running the program with administrator priviledges.
