I am wondering about audio drivers. I have the Realtek high def audio and ATI HDMI audio in my G73jh. I see on the Asus website where they have a few different audio software packages available; Creative Audigy Driver, Realtek SRS audio Driver, and Realtek Audio Diver which I believe is for 32 bit Win 7. Can I use any of these? I have heard about some sort of Creative soundblaster simulation software or some such thing for the Realtek devices. I would really like to upgrade my audio but not sure if I can.

I'm not so sure are you talking about this http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus-gaming-notebook-forum/519478-creative-x-fi-mb-your-g73-realtek-hd-2-48-a.html

But then again, i would just recommend getting the official driver from Drivers-Apps-and-How-to-s (http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?5224-Drivers-Apps-and-How-to-s)

Oh and regarding the "creative soundblaster simulation software", are you referring to the ASUS website CreativeTHX driver?

I am refering to the Creative Audigy driver for 64 bit Win 7 here:

http://support.asus.com/Download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=G73Jh&p=3&s=252

Also the Realtek SRS audio driver.

I believe that article at notebookreview.com may be the one I saw; if not, something very similar. Ultimately I guess what I am after is better control and functionality from my G73 audio. I always run it through external speakers and I would like to be able to tweak it alot more. With the generic audio software that I have on there now, there is very little I can do with it.
