Sparta being unresponsive

Hello,
My Sparta sometimes doesn't move for a second or so due to random disconnection and then goes back to normal.


any suggestion?

edit: the light on receiver goes dark

hi mate got the same thing tried to connect via usb and also on the dock. nothing so i reinstalled rog armoury and now my pc says connect a rog device :(
no idea what is going on
