Download latest version, seems they like to hide it so look on the spatha and claymore pages to see which has the latest.
Download and install Ccleaner and use it to uninstall the one you have currently. Find and delete the install folder if its still there then reboot and run Ccleaner registry sweep to get rid of any traces orphaned in the registry. Reboot again and install the new version.

What version do you have installed? I would recommend follow what Justin recommended which is to clean up your registry.
