Blue ray disc not recognized

hi, I just got a new g73jw-a1 and the drive doesn't recognize the blue ray disc but it can read dvd. This drive is a BD combo. Any suggestions? Please help.

what software do you use to read the Blu-ray?

moved the thread to the appropriate section. if youre trying to play a blu ray movie, you may need a blu ray software. not sure if that is included in the package or not
