HI, im just trying to get the cpu to its default settings. in bios i turned cpu level up off, however in windows i would still see that the cpu is overclocked to 4.6ghz. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Finished building my computer yesterday . Tried to turn it on but got black screen. The screen is registeribg the dvi connection. My q code ends at a0. Any help would be appreciated
