!!HELP!! GTX780 using 1 GB instead of 3 GB ???

while i whas checking my pc with a website that i can run a game read the top of the picture i got an GTX780 witch has 3GB video memory

something is wrong here GPU

my gpu is asus gtx780 screen resolution 1280x1024 in game 1st it gave me 100 to 160 fps maxt out on battlefield 3now im getting 40 up to 90 whats wrong ????

cpu is i think not cooling good
