I just wonder, is it possible to buy cable manager, something to coil it, like in Orion headphones? I want something like this to my GX900 mouse, using it with a G56 is fun but cord is too long for me
I'm curious, how disassembled G56 looks like? I've seen G750, G75, etc, but yet haven't found any photos of G56, how cooling looks like and arrangement of all components. I can't disassemble my G56 because it's not mine yet
Ok so I did a system refresh because there were some other issues with it. Now it's completely fine. Maybe it was an issue with system or drivers. Wattman for Radeon was failing so probably this caused problems.Anyway it works fine now
if it does (not sure about maximus mbos, never had one), your BIOS might have this settings disabled, try reseting CMOS, plug cable into MoBo, if this doesnt help, you probably need a CPU with integrated gpu. What is your exact i7's model?
does Maximus V has inegrated graphics or your CPU has one? If so, connect cable to HDMI port from MoBo and get into BIOS. Sometimes month old GPUs fail, it might be cold solder joint fault aswell
