Looks good to me. My only suggestion that hasn't been addressed is the SSD and HD. You can save 300 dollars and go with a 256GB SSD and 1 or 2 TB hard drive. 4 TB drives are 250-300 bucks, a 80 dollar 2 TB is much more practical.

I have the same motherboard and colors. Go with G Skill Ripjaws 16GB 1866, anything more is overkill.

Video card appears to be a good choice. As for memory, you can go with 32GB if you want, but you'll won't see difference at all with 16GB 1866 memory. benchmark tests might show a difference. Real world however, no noticeable difference at all.
