So im going to buy a CPU and try it out, ill update in a few days. thanks for the help, also killed my mobo i just got, so now i got to rma it. Some way or another a tiny screw was under my mobo now it wont power on.
I did the bios flash to 2001 bios ver. And think I'm gonna just rma my new board and try again later. If it dont work I'll look into getting a used cpu to test. Thanks for the help so far.
