I am just wondering how this can be done since my turbo boost right now is showing a very small amount. Is there anyway to increase the turbo boost?

Hey guys,I have a G750jm and I am thinking about upgrading to a 8-core processor. What would you all recommend? Also, are there any good tutorials out there for exchanging processors? Thank you!
