Downgrading drivers will not fix this isssue.Intel released new drivers 8/3/2016 installing them right now.... in hope this will fix it.Will update this post in few days after testing.

All drivers are up to date.On every network i have this weird ping jumps.Tested on 4 networks. btw in house there are 3 more PC-s 3 Smartphones and a smart TV, all working perfect 2 PC-s are wireless connected.While i go wired with my laptop it works...
