Quick update.I found a updated Bios Rescue password and rolled back the system date and gained admin level boot, i have removed all bios passwords and am good to go.
I have tried removing the cmos battery with no success. most likely i am going to have to purchase a used or refurbished board on amazon.Thank you FaniRama.
I am having a similar problem with my G74SX-BBK8 but the Asus Administrator bios password removal doesn't work for me. i would have to get a more current password method. My bios will only roll back as far as 2005.
