I'm on X670E-I and 2610 also has infinty boot/reset if iGPU is disabled on this MB.

I have a Pulse 7900XTX and keeping iGPU auto is ok. Can boot, same settings in BIOS as before (EXPOII, memory context and UCLK=1).iGPU disabled is bootloop...

Is there a downside to leave iGPU enabled even though I have a dGPU?

X670E-I: Bootloop. Probably also related to iGPU since I disable it in BIOS/UEFI.
