Can I clone the original SSD to a larger SSD drive if it has RAID 0? C partition running out of room messages.

If I have a 256 SSD and a 1 TB SATA and want to increase the size of the C partition can I just clone to SSD drive to a bigger drive and be back up and running without having to reload the OS?
