Can ASUS please provide a clear informatiion how ELMB works? Should i get AMD card for this or what card i does not matter?

Couple weeks ago i might able to buy an ASUS PG248Q.. When i turn this monitor on and make background white, the top was yellowish and bottom was like white. Unfortunatly i did not take photos but in this review you can see what i'm talking about. So...
