Can the Asus Maximus IV Extreme-Z do 5.1 or 7.1 Dolby from the optical out?

So i overclocked my i7 2600k to 4.7ghz and when using my ram (corsair dominator gt 4x4gb 1866mhz @ corsair default 1.5v) its unstable. When i bump up the dram voltage to 1.65v it becomes stable but im running beyond corsair specs for the ram and hit...
