No. Memory sticks can do 28-36-36-28@6000. They have already done this on bios version 0922. Literally nothing has changed in the system. The only thing that has changed is the BIOS version. The problem is 100% in the firmware.

My system refuses to start even with a regular CL50 at 6000MHz in a 16x4 setup (A-die, 7200Mhz XMP). I also observe errors at 5600 with JDEC timings.1807 is incredibly bad for a 16x4 setup. On version 0922, this memory produced the following results...
