Ok, i went thru and tried your suggestion HiViz and it yielded the same results with Rampage Tweak at Mode 2. Then i went through and recorded the XMP settings and and gave that a whirl. I manually input : Dram freq at 2400, VCCSA voltage at 1.25v,...

Oh ya, I have also tested Memory pairing via cycling different pair combos and single DIMMs around on board to see if any one or any combo would boot with XMP, no avail.
