If I have a CH6 and a Ryzen 2000 series, do I need to pop in the CPU/RAM for a BIOS Flashback or it will update without CPU/RAM? Obviously the USB with the update file is plugged in and motherboard power cable.

Just wondering if anyone else experience a "sawtooth" effect for AMD Ryzen? Where there are random temperature spikes even on idle? After doing some googling/google images it seems like this is "normal"?
